Pro-Player Training and Coaching Consultant - Aaron Trolia

The Raptors are extremely pleased and proud to announce that for the 2010 Fall Training Season and 2011 Regular Season we have retained the services of Aaron Trolia as our Pro-Player Training and Coaching Consultant.

Position

As Pro-Player Trainer and Coaching Consultant, Aaron will work with all Raptor players and teams focused on strong fundamental baseball skill development as well as assisting the Raptors coaching staff in sound team development. As wtih any club, the Raptors want our players to have fun and achieve success thus we strive to develop competitive teams through training and teamwork, but not at the expense of sacrificing young players long term potential. The Raptors selected Aaron for this position based on his philosophy of developing players that can grow and develop in their current age groups, but will also have the tools and be prepared to compete at the high school level and beyond rather than burning kids out just for the sake of winning youth baseball tournaments.
